Terms of Use

Article 1 (General Provisions)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of "Truetagg" (hereinafter the "Service"), a price comparison and search platform provided by Truetagg Inc. (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"). Any user who accesses or uses the Service is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Purpose and Fairness of the Service)

Truetagg's mission is to present product prices from around the world in a fair and transparent manner.

  1. We collect information from a wide range of affiliated partner stores and display results accordingly.
  2. We do not use user data to manipulate prices unfairly or to give preferential treatment to any specific retailer.
  3. Prices displayed are intended as a reference for the final payment amount and do not constitute an obligation to purchase.

Article 3 (Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer)

  1. While we strive to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all information, prices and stock availability displayed on the Service may differ from actual conditions due to changes made by partner stores.
  2. All purchases are made at the user's own discretion and responsibility through the linked partner store. We bear no responsibility for any damages or disputes arising from transactions with partner stores, including issues related to product quality, delivery, or payment.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

  1. Any act that interferes with or risks interfering with the operation of the Service.
  2. Any act that places excessive load on the Service's systems, including mass data collection via scraping or similar methods.
  3. Any act that causes disadvantage or harm to other users or third parties.

Article 5 (Amendments to the Terms)

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion without prior notice to users. Amended Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
